Premium 280gsm Grey-Back Blockout Fabric
BannerZones uses premium 280gsm grey-back blockout stretch fabric. It is thicker and more substantial than the 250gsm warp-knitted fabric commonly used for standard media wall graphics.
The blockout construction provides excellent opacity and helps prevent frame shadows, background light and artwork from the opposite side from visibly showing through. This creates richer colors and a cleaner appearance under bright trade show and event lighting.

Choose Your Printing Option
Single-Sided Printing
Your custom artwork is printed on the front of the media wall graphic, while the visible reverse side remains plain white.
Single-sided printing is recommended when the media wall will be positioned against a wall or mainly viewed from the front.
Double-Sided Printing
Custom graphics are printed on both sides of the media wall for visibility from two directions. The premium 280gsm blockout material prevents the colors and artwork on one side from visibly showing through to the other.
You can use the same artwork on both sides or submit a different design for each side. If using different graphics, please clearly label your files as Side A and Side B.

The sizes above are designed for corresponding BannerZones straight media wall frames. The finished fabric size is calculated to stretch securely over the frame and may differ slightly from the visible frame dimensions.
Custom Sizes for Existing Media Wall Frames
Already have a straight media wall frame from another supplier? We can produce a custom-size replacement fabric graphic to fit your existing frame.
Fully assemble your existing frame and send us its overall outside-to-outside width and height. We can calculate and produce the replacement fabric graphic according to those frame dimensions.
How to Measure Your Existing Frame
Fully assemble the aluminum frame before measuring. Measure the frame itself—not the old fabric cover.
- Overall Width: Measure horizontally from the outside edge of the left side of the frame to the outside edge of the right side.
- Overall Height: Measure vertically from the outside edge at the top of the frame to the outside edge at the bottom.
Measurements can be provided in inches, centimeters or millimeters. We also recommend sending a clear front photograph of the fully assembled frame so we can confirm that it is a straight media wall structure.
Send your measurements through our Custom-Size Media Wall Graphic Request page. We will confirm the finished graphic size, artwork template and price before you order.
Media wall dimensions can vary between suppliers, even when both products are described as 8ft or 10ft. Please measure the fully assembled frame from outside edge to outside edge instead of relying only on the advertised size.
Custom replacement graphics are produced according to the measurements supplied by the customer. Please double-check the overall width and height before approving the digital proof.
If You Previously Purchased the Frame from BannerZones
Please provide your previous BannerZones order number when placing your replacement graphic order. We can check the original product specifications and prepare the new fabric cover using the corresponding frame size.
Designed for Straight Media Wall Frames
The standard sizes listed on this page are designed for straight media wall frames.
Replacement graphics for curved media walls are also available by special request. Because curved frames require different templates and finished dimensions, please request a curved media wall replacement graphic quote before ordering.
Easy Graphic Replacement
- Remove the existing fabric graphic from your frame.
- Fully assemble and check the aluminum frame.
- Pull the new fabric cover down over the top of the frame.
- Adjust the corners and edges until the fabric is evenly positioned.
- Close the zipper along the bottom of the graphic.
The pillowcase-style construction stretches securely over the compatible frame to create a smooth, seamless and professional event backdrop.
Artwork and Digital Proof
Upload your print-ready artwork when placing your order. PDF, AI and EPS files are preferred. High-resolution JPG files may also be accepted when prepared at the correct size.
We will check your file and send you a digital proof before production. Please carefully confirm:
- Finished graphic size
- Spelling and contact information
- Logo and artwork positioning
- Single-sided or double-sided printing
- Side A and Side B artwork when applicable
Production will begin after the digital proof has been approved.

Can you make a graphic for a frame purchased from another supplier?
Yes. Fully assemble the frame and provide its outside-to-outside width and height. We can produce a custom-size replacement graphic according to those measurements.
Should I measure the old fabric cover or the frame?
Measure the fully assembled aluminum frame, not the old fabric cover. Measure from the outside edge on one side to the outside edge on the opposite side.
Can you make a replacement graphic for a curved frame?
Yes. Curved media wall graphics are available by special request. Please contact us with the assembled frame width and height before ordering.
What is the back of a single-sided graphic?
The front is custom printed and the visible reverse side is plain white.
