• The exact assembled outside-to-outside frame width and height
• The assembled side depth when ordering side graphics
• A clear front-facing photograph of the expanded frame
• Clear photographs of the left and right sides
• Close-up photographs of the existing graphic attachment points
• The original supplier or product model, if known

How to Measure an Existing Frame

1. Fully expand and secure the pop-up frame before measuring.
2. Measure the outside-to-outside assembled width and height.
3. Measure the side depth if you require left and right side graphics.
4. Send clear front, side and attachment-point photographs for review.

Clearly identify whether your measurements are in inches or centimeters. Do not measure the folded frame or rely only on the advertised booth size.

Prepare your artwork using the correct template for the selected compatible frame size and graphic coverage. Front Panel Only and Front + Left & Right Side Panels require different artwork layouts.

• Submit print-ready artwork in PDF format whenever possible.
• Convert fonts to outlines or embed all fonts.
• Use high-resolution images at the final production scale.
• Keep important logos and text away from finished edges.
• Clearly identify the front, left and right artwork panels.
• Provide your original BannerZones order number when available.
