Our Custom Fence Mesh Banners are printed on 130gsm polyester fabric mesh with small, evenly distributed openings that help reduce wind pressure compared with solid banner materials.
Each banner features single-sided, full-color dye-sublimation printing and comes with reinforced webbing around all four edges and metal grommets approximately every 20 inches / 50cm. Custom grommet spacing is also available when confirmed before production.
Important: This is a lightweight fabric mesh banner designed primarily for temporary and event-based outdoor use. It is not a heavy-duty PVC mesh fence wrap intended for permanent outdoor installation. The order includes the printed banner only; fences, zip ties, rope and installation hardware are not included.

Wind-Permeable Mesh Construction
Solid banners can catch significant wind when installed on open fences. The perforated structure of our polyester fabric mesh allows air to move through the banner, helping reduce wind resistance and stress on the banner and fence.
Mesh construction reduces wind pressure, but it does not make the banner windproof. Banner size, installation tension, fence strength and weather conditions can all affect performance. The banner should be securely installed using all available grommets and removed during severe weather or unusually strong winds.
Single-Sided Dye-Sublimation Printing
Your artwork is printed in full color on the front using dye-sublimation printing. The reverse side is not separately printed and displays a lighter, mirrored version of the front artwork through the open mesh structure.
Because part of the material surface consists of airflow openings, colors may appear slightly lighter and less dense than they would on a solid fabric banner. For the best visibility, we recommend:
- Large, easy-to-read text
- Bold company logos
- Strong contrast between text and background
- Simple promotional messages
- Limited use of very small details
- Darker or more saturated colors where appropriate

Reinforced Edges and Metal Grommets
Standard finishing includes reinforced webbing around all four edges and metal grommets placed approximately every 20 inches / 50cm.
The reinforced perimeter helps distribute installation tension and provides stronger attachment points than grommets installed directly through a single layer of mesh.
The banner can be installed using suitable:
- Zip ties
- Bungee cords
- Rope
- Hooks
- Other fence-compatible fasteners
Installation fasteners and mounting hardware are not included. Custom grommet spacing can be produced when requested and confirmed before production.
Pole pockets and hook-and-loop backing are not available for this product. The standard finishing is reinforced edges with metal grommets.
Custom Sizes
Every fence mesh banner is made to order. The maximum one-piece height is 59 inches / 1.5m, with custom lengths available.
For banners higher than 59 inches, we can join multiple printed sections together by sewing. Visible seams may be present where the sections are connected.
If you prefer a larger one-piece graphic between 1.5m and 3m high, please order our Extra Large Fabric Banners.
For custom-size orders, please provide:

Expected Outdoor Use
Under normal outdoor conditions, the expected service period is approximately 3–6 months. This is an estimated usage range, not a fixed warranty period.

- How often the banner is installed and removed
For long-term or permanent outdoor fence advertising, a heavier PVC mesh banner may be more suitable.

Artwork and Digital Proof
Upload your print-ready artwork when placing your order. If your artwork is not ready, send us your logo, text, images and layout requirements.
A free digital proof will be provided before production. Please carefully confirm the finished size, artwork orientation, spelling, logo placement, colors and grommet requirements. Production begins only after the proof has been approved.
Installation and Care
- Install the banner on a secure fence or barrier.
- Use all available grommets whenever possible.
- Apply even tension across the banner.
- Do not overtighten individual grommets.
- Keep the fabric away from sharp edges, branches and rough surfaces.
- Inspect the banner and fasteners regularly.
- Remove the banner during severe weather or unusually strong winds.
- Rinse with clean water when necessary and allow it to air dry completely.
- Store the banner clean and dry when not in use.

Is the banner printed on both sides?

Yes. Multiple printed sections can be sewn together, or you can order an Extra Large Fabric Banner for certain larger one-piece sizes. Please contact us before ordering so we can recommend the best production method.
