Premium 280gsm Grey-Back Blockout Stretch Fabric

BannerZones uses premium 280gsm grey-back blockout stretch fabric instead of the lighter 250gsm warp-knitted fabric commonly used for standard media wall displays.

The heavier construction gives the graphic a thicker, more substantial feel while providing excellent opacity. The fabric blocks light and minimizes visible frame shadows, helping your printed colors remain rich, clean and consistent under bright trade show and event lighting.

Single-Sided Printing

Your custom artwork is printed on the front of the premium 280gsm grey-back blockout stretch fabric, while the visible reverse side remains plain white.

The integrated blockout construction helps prevent light, background colors and frame shadows from showing through the printed front. Single-sided printing is recommended when the media wall will be positioned against a wall or mainly viewed from the front.

Double-Sided Printing

Custom graphics are printed on both sides of the media wall for clear visibility from two directions. The heavy-duty blockout construction prevents the colors and artwork on one side from visibly showing through to the other.

You can use the same artwork on both sides or provide a different design for each side. Double-sided printing is recommended for open exhibition spaces, entrance areas, shopping centers and media walls positioned in the center of a venue.

Easy Tool-Free Assembly

1. Connect the labeled aluminum frame sections.
2. Attach the frame feet.
3. Pull the custom-printed stretch fabric cover over the assembled frame.
4. Close the zipper along the bottom of the fabric cover.
5. Position the finished media wall in your display area.

No special tools are required. After your event, remove the fabric cover, disassemble the frame and store the complete system in the included carry bag.

4. Will the grey-back material make the reverse side look grey?

No. The blockout construction is integrated into the material. When single-sided printing is selected, the visible reverse side of the finished media wall is plain white, not grey.

With single-sided printing, your artwork is printed on the front and the visible reverse side remains plain white. This option is suitable when the media wall will be placed against a wall or viewed mainly from the front.

8. How do I submit my artwork?

You can upload your print-ready artwork when placing your order. PDF, AI and EPS files are preferred. High-resolution JPG files may also be accepted when prepared at the correct size.

If your files are too large to upload, please send them through a file-transfer service and provide the download link with your order number.

9. Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes. We will check your artwork and send you a digital proof for approval before production begins. Please review the size, spelling, colors, graphic position and printing sides carefully. Production will begin after your proof has been approved.

10. Can you help me create the artwork?

Yes. If you need design assistance, please send us your logo, text, preferred colors and layout requirements through our custom media wall design assistance page. We can help prepare a suitable layout for your display.

11. Is the media wall easy to assemble?

Yes. The numbered aluminum frame sections connect without special tools. Assemble the frame, attach the feet, pull the stretch fabric graphic over the frame and close the zipper along the bottom.

12. Can the fabric graphic be replaced later?

Yes. You can update your advertising graphic while continuing to use the same compatible BannerZones frame. Replacement graphics will be available separately.

13. Will your replacement graphic fit a frame purchased elsewhere?

Not necessarily. Frame dimensions, corner shapes and fabric tension can vary between manufacturers, even when products are described using the same nominal size. If your frame was purchased from another supplier, please send us its exact dimensions and clear photographs before ordering a replacement graphic.

14. Can I order the aluminum frame without a printed graphic?

Yes. Replacement straight aluminum frames will be available separately. Please make sure the frame size matches your existing fabric graphic before ordering.

15. Can I order a custom size?

Yes. Custom sizes may be available depending on the required width, height and frame structure. Please request a custom-size media wall quote and include your required dimensions, quantity, printing option and delivery date.

16. Is this media wall suitable for outdoor use?

This media wall is primarily designed for indoor events and covered display areas. If used outdoors, it should only be placed in calm, dry conditions and must be properly secured. Do not use it in strong wind, heavy rain or severe weather.

17. How should I remove wrinkles from the fabric?

Most creases will reduce naturally after the fabric is stretched over the frame. For remaining wrinkles, use a garment steamer carefully on a low setting. Avoid placing a hot iron directly onto the printed surface.

18. How should I store the media wall?

Make sure the fabric graphic is clean and completely dry before storage. Fold it loosely and keep it away from sharp objects, moisture and excessive heat. Disassemble the frame and store the components in the included carry bag.
