The complete tent features a 43kg / 94.8lb commercial-grade aluminum frame with six supporting legs and a dual-peak roof structure. The canopy and walls are manufactured from waterproof-surface 260gsm 600D polyester and printed in full color using dye-sublimation printing.
Important wall configuration: The rear wall is one independent 20ft wall panel, not two separately installed 10ft walls. The left and right side walls are 10ft panels.

Designed for Larger Event Spaces
The extended 20ft length makes this custom printed canopy suitable for businesses that need more working and display space than a standard square tent can provide. The 200 sq ft footprint can accommodate multiple tables, larger product displays, demonstration areas, equipment and several team members.
The frame uses six legs: four positioned at the corners and two additional center support legs along the 20ft sides. These extra legs and the extended truss structure support the larger rectangular footprint.

Canopy Top Only
Provides an open display with access from all sides. This configuration is suitable for product demonstrations, sporting events, festivals and promotional activities where an open layout is preferred.
Top + Full Back Wall
Adds one independent 20ft full-height rear wall for a large branded background, additional privacy and separation from neighboring booths. The single wide panel provides a consistent display area for large logos, photography and promotional artwork.
Top + 2 Half Side Walls
Includes one 10ft half wall on the left and one on the right. This arrangement helps define the booth while keeping the front and rear open for customer access.
Top + 3 Half Walls

Waterproof 260gsm 600D Polyester Tent Fabric
The canopy and selected wall panels are manufactured from 260gsm 600D polyester tent fabric. Its waterproof surface is suitable for repeated use at exhibitions, festivals, markets and temporary outdoor events in appropriate weather conditions.

Single-Sided or Double-Sided Wall Printing?
The canopy roof and valances are printed for exterior viewing. For configurations containing walls, choose either Single-Sided Walls or Double-Sided Walls.
Single-Sided Walls

Double-Sided Walls
Each double-sided wall is constructed from three layers:
- Custom printed outer fabric
- Internal silver blackout layer
- Custom printed inner fabric
The silver blackout layer helps block light and prevents artwork from showing through from one printed side to the other. Different artwork can be used on the inside and outside, allowing customers outside the tent and visitors inside the display to see correctly oriented branding.
Please clearly label the inside and outside artwork when submitting your files. Both sides and their orientation will be shown on the proof.
Wall Printing applies only to wall panels. If you select Canopy Top Only, the wall-printing choice does not change the canopy construction.
Commercial-Grade 43kg Aluminum Pop-Up Frame

Confirm Frame Compatibility Before Ordering Graphics Only
Pop-up tent frames from different manufacturers can vary in overall dimensions, peak positions, valance depth, corner shape and attachment locations. A canopy manufactured for one frame is not guaranteed to fit another supplier’s frame.
If your existing frame was not purchased from BannerZones, please provide:

Full-Color Custom Tent Printing
The canopy and selected wall panels are produced using full-color dye-sublimation printing. Your artwork can include logos, photographs, promotional messages, gradients, brand colors, phone numbers, web addresses and other full-color elements.

Outdoor Use and Safety
This pop-up canopy is intended for indoor events and temporary outdoor use in suitable weather. It is not designed for permanent installation, unattended use or severe weather.
For temporary outdoor use:
- Add suitable weights or approved anchoring to all six tent legs.
- Do not rely on a set of four sandbags to secure all six legs.
- Use additional sandbags or appropriate anchoring as required by the site.
- Make sure every frame lock is fully engaged.
- Install all required half-wall support rails correctly.
- Keep the canopy away from flames and high heat.
- Do not leave the tent unattended.
- Take the tent down during strong winds, storms or severe weather.
- Allow the canopy and walls to dry completely before storage.

A single-sided wall uses one printed layer of 260gsm 600D polyester, with the inside left unprinted. A double-sided wall uses printed outer and inner fabric layers with a silver blackout layer positioned between them.
Can the inside and outside have different artwork?
Yes. Double-sided walls can display different artwork on the inside and outside. Clearly label each file so the correct design direction can be shown on the digital proof.
Does Graphics Only fit any 10x20ft frame?
