This custom 10x10ft event tent features waterproof 260gsm 600D polyester tent fabric, full-color dye-sublimation printing and a commercial-grade aluminum pop-up frame. Canopy Top Only
Provides an open layout with access from all four sides. Recommended for festivals, promotional events and displays where maximum accessibility is preferred.
Top + Full Back Wall
Adds one full-height rear wall for increased branding space, privacy and separation from the booth behind you.
Top + 2 Half Side Walls
Includes one left and one right half-height wall. This configuration defines the booth area while maintaining an open and welcoming front entrance.
Top + 3 Half Walls
Includes left, right and rear half-height walls. Recommended for registration areas, market stalls, information booths and customer service stations.
Top + 2 Half Side Walls + Full Back Wall
Combines two half-height side walls with one full-height rear wall. This option provides maximum rear coverage while keeping the front open for customer access.
Top + 3 Full Walls
Includes one full-height wall on the left, right and rear sides while keeping the front open. This configuration provides maximum coverage, privacy and branding space for vendor booths, product displays and temporary outdoor events.

Waterproof 600D Polyester Tent Fabric
The canopy and wall panels are made from durable 260gsm 600D polyester tent fabric. This waterproof fabric is designed for repeated use at trade shows, outdoor promotions, sporting events, markets and other temporary event environments.

Please note: The waterproof rating applies to the fabric itself. This pop-up event tent is not designed for permanent installation, severe weather or unattended outdoor use.
Single-Sided or Double-Sided Walls?
The canopy roof and valances are printed for exterior viewing. For configurations that include wall panels, select Single-Sided or Double-Sided Wall Printing.
Single-Sided Wall Printing
A single layer of 260gsm 600D polyester tent fabric is printed on the primary outward-facing surface. The inside surface is left unprinted.
Single-sided walls are recommended when your branding will mainly be viewed from outside the tent.
Double-Sided Wall Printing
Double-sided walls are constructed using:
- One custom printed outer fabric layer
- One internal blackout fabric layer
- One custom printed inner fabric layer
The blackout layer between the two printed sides blocks light and helps prevent the artwork on one side from showing through the other.
Different artwork may be used on the inside and outside. Please label each design clearly when uploading your files. All artwork orientation will be shown on the digital proof.
Wall Printing applies only to configurations that include wall panels. The Canopy Top Only configuration does not require a wall printing selection.

The 26kg / 57.3lb weight refers to the aluminum frame only. Fabric panels, support rails, accessories and packaging are not included in this weight.

Choose this option when you already own a compatible frame and only need replacement canopy and wall graphics. Your order includes:

The Graphics Only option does not include:

Confirm Frame Compatibility
Tent frames from different manufacturers may vary in dimensions, corner shape, peak design, valance size and attachment positions.
For a non-BannerZones frame, please provide:
- Overall frame width and depth
- Peak and valance measurements
- Clear front and side photos
- Close-up photos of attachment points
- Supplier or frame model, if known
- Previous BannerZones order number, if available
Compatibility must be confirmed before replacement graphics enter production.

Full-Color Custom Printing
Your canopy and selected walls are produced using full-color dye-sublimation printing for vibrant colors, sharp logos and smooth color transitions.

If your artwork is not ready, send us your logo, brand colors, wording and layout requirements. Free basic design support is available.
Please check all spelling, colors, dimensions, panel positions and artwork directions carefully before approving the proof. Changes requested after approval may result in additional costs if production has already started.
Production Time
Production normally takes approximately 5–7 business days after final artwork approval.
Production begins after the digital proof has been approved, not from the date the order is placed. Large quantities, complex artwork or special configurations may require additional time.

Outdoor Use & Safety
This pop-up tent is designed for temporary event use and is not intended for permanent outdoor installation.
For outdoor use:
- Add suitable weights to all four tent legs.
- Use appropriate anchoring where permitted.
- Make sure all frame locks are fully engaged.
- Make sure all support rails are correctly installed.
- Do not leave the tent unattended.
- Keep the canopy away from open flames and high heat.
- Take the tent down during strong winds, storms or severe weather.
- Make sure all fabric panels are completely clean and dry before storage.
Although the 600D polyester fabric is waterproof, the assembled tent should not be used as a permanent shelter or during extreme weather.

Does this product include the aluminum frame?
The frame is included only when you select Complete Kit With Frame. The frame weighs approximately 26kg / 57.3lb by itself.
Are half-wall support rails included?
Yes. Complete Kits include the correct number of support rails required for the selected half-wall configuration. Support rails are not included with the Printed Graphics Only option.
What is the difference between a half wall and a full wall?
Half walls define the booth area while allowing staff and visitors to see and communicate over the panel. A full wall extends from the canopy valance to the ground and provides more privacy, coverage and branding space.
What is the difference between single-sided and double-sided walls?
Single-sided walls use one printed layer of 600D polyester tent fabric. Double-sided walls have separate printed outer and inner fabric layers with an internal blackout layer to prevent show-through.
Can I use different artwork on each wall?
Yes. Different designs may be printed on the canopy, valances and individual wall panels.
Can the inside and outside have different designs?
Yes. Double-sided walls may have different artwork on the inside and outside. Clearly label each file when submitting your design.
Can I order replacement graphics without purchasing another frame?
Yes. Select Printed Graphics Only. Measurements and photos are required if the graphics will be installed on a frame from another supplier.
Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?
Yes. A digital proof showing the panel layout, artwork placement and printing direction will be provided for approval before production.
How long does production take?
